Archewell Insider Refutes Claims of Harsh Behaviour Toward Staff as “Nonsense”
Meghan Markle has indirectly responded to recent accusations about her work ethic through an Archewell insider, following reports labelling her as “Duchess Difficult.”
The Hollywood Reporter previously claimed that the former Suits actress “marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders.” However, sources connected to Archewell have dismissed these allegations, calling them “fabricated.”
An insider explained to GB News, “These comments were made by someone who doesn’t understand how our organization operates. The Duke and Duchess work from Montecito, while our team is based in Hollywood. It’s clear they assumed we all work in the same office, which isn’t true.”
The source continued, “If she’s ‘marching around’ and ‘barking orders,’ no Archewell employee could honestly say that. It’s total nonsense.”
Addressing rumours that Meghan sends emails at 5 a.m., another staffer clarified, “I’ve never received an email from either of them at that hour. Even if I did, the Duchess always includes a note in her email signature reminding everyone not to feel obligated to respond outside of their normal working hours.”
These statements aim to dispel negative narratives surrounding Meghan’s management style and refute the recent claims as inaccurate.
