King Charles frustrates Prince William with decision to support Prince Andrew
King Charles has reportedly left his son, Prince William, feeling upset after making a significant decision in favour of his brother, Prince Andrew. According to The Mirror, the monarch "overruled" the Prince of Wales by asking him to drive Andrew to church during their Balmoral holiday.
Despite Prince Andrew's controversial association with Jeffrey Epstein and his non-active status within the royal family, Charles’ request is seen as a step towards his brother's rehabilitation. William, who has kept his distance from Andrew, followed his father’s instruction, driving with Catherine to Crathie Kirk alongside Andrew.
Sources have suggested that the move represents a major boost for Andrew, with insiders claiming, "It’s more than he could have wished for." This gesture of public support comes as Andrew faces an ongoing dispute with Charles over his royal residence, where the monarch recently withdrew his security after Andrew refused to vacate the property.
