The Duke of Sussex has recently participated in several high-profile events, including the Diana Award, The HALO Trust, and the Clinton Global Initiative. This marks a return to the type of work he once focused on as a senior working royal, seemingly in an attempt to reconnect with his philanthropic roots and earn back public respect.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield highlighted Harry's efforts, stating, “What we're seeing from Prince Harry in New York right now is him trying to rehabilitate his image. 'Spare' was a commercial success, but it also made him a punchline in the States.”
