New Staff and Key Events Mark Princess of Wales' Anticipated Return
Prince William and Princess Catherine are gearing up for significant changes at Kensington Palace as they prepare for major upcoming events. The Princess of Wales, who has been undergoing treatment following her cancer diagnosis earlier this year, is planning her return to public duties in a big way.
Despite taking a break, Catherine has surprised royal watchers with appearances at Trooping the Colour in June and Wimbledon in July. Now, she is expected to attend two key events later this year: the National Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph in November and her annual Together at Christmas concert at Westminster Abbey.
To manage their increasing responsibilities, the royal couple is adding new members to their staff. A senior communications officer will be hired to oversee communications for their engagements and support key projects. As the role description states, the successful candidate will also handle media enquiries regarding the Prince, Princess, and their family.
While no official statement has been made about Catherine's return, royal fans are eagerly anticipating her upcoming appearances.
