Prince Harry may be feeling heartbroken on his 40th birthday, as key members of the Royal Family have reportedly chosen not to send any birthday wishes. According to royal commentator Lydia Alty, the family’s ongoing fallout has led to the decision to forgo marking the Duke of Sussex’s milestone.
Speaking with GB News, Alty remarked, “If there hadn’t been the family fallout, the Royal Family would have celebrated Harry’s 40th birthday,” noting how the royals once acknowledged the Sussexes' birthdays, even after their departure. However, following interviews and revelations in Harry’s memoir, the royals have remained silent for two years.
The decision mirrors the treatment of Meghan Markle’s birthday in August, which was also met with silence from the Palaces, signaling the continuation of strained relations.
