The Duke of Sussex recently made a touching gesture during his visit to the UK, attending the memorial service for his uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, at St Mary's Church in Norfolk.
While there, the Duke reunited with his brother, as both paid their respects to their late mother, the Princess of Wales’s brother-in-law. His unexpected trip home coincided with the 27th anniversary of his mother’s passing, reportedly leaving him nostalgic about his previous life as a working royal, according to one expert.
Speaking with GB News, Michael Cole noted, "He stayed with his uncle, Charles Spencer, and paid tribute at his mother's grave during this reflective time."
Despite his visit, royal commentators believe that reconciliation between the Sussexes and key members of the royal family remains unlikely.
