Monarch to travel with doctors as cancer treatment pauses during royal visit

The monarch, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, has been advised to travel with a medical team as he pauses treatment during his time abroad.
The King will be accompanied by two doctors to monitor his condition throughout the trip. This tour, his first to a Commonwealth realm as monarch, will include several adjustments to ensure he is not overworked. Reports suggest that King Charles' cancer treatment, which began in February following a procedure for a benign enlarged prostate, will resume once he returns to the UK.
