Tindall criticises Omid Scobie and his followers, raising tensions with American royal fans
Mike Tindall, former England rugby star and husband to Harry’s cousin Zara, has made a pointed critique of Meghan Markle’s biographer Omid Scobie in his upcoming book The Good, the Bad & the Rugby - Unleashed, co-authored with his podcast partners. Tindall, along with fellow rugby player James Haskell, refers to Scobie as "a very odd bloke" and labels his followers, particularly American royal fans, as "nuts."
This criticism follows Scobie's past accusations that Tindall, like Harry and Meghan, has exploited his royal ties. Despite these tensions, Tindall reflects positively on his own experience within the royal family, contrasting his smooth integration with Meghan’s challenges after her marriage to Harry in 2018.
Tindall and Zara, known for their close connections with the royal children, continue to play prominent roles at family events, further solidifying their place within the royal circle.
