The couple, who purchased the land in 2020, transformed their lodge into a popular venue for social gatherings by 2024. Their move to a £15 million mansion just a 45-minute drive from William and Kate’s Adelaide Cottage has further strengthened family ties, allowing their children to spend more time together.
Property expert Paul Gibbens estimates that luxury glamping tents, rented out at premium rates, and year-round attractions like deer tractor rides and seasonal festivals are generating consistent revenue for the family. Hosting exclusive events can bring in thousands of pounds per booking, making Bucklebury Farm a thriving destination.
The move to Bucklebury not only offers business opportunities for the couple but also provides their children with a rural upbringing similar to Pippa’s own childhood. Living on-site enables Pippa and James to oversee operations directly, ensuring the farm’s continued growth as a family-friendly destination.
