Hollywood Star Seeks Help from Royals in Search for Love Within British High Society
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Hollywood friend, Tom Cruise, is reportedly turning to the royal couple for assistance in finding love after multiple failed attempts. The Top Gun star, who moved to the UK three years ago, has grown closer to William and Kate, hoping they can help him connect with someone from British high society.
An insider revealed to Closer magazine that Cruise is eager for his next partner to be a “proper blue blood” and ideally introduced with the approval of the royal couple, whom he considers close friends. However, despite their friendly relationship, the actor has struggled to see them frequently due to their busy schedules.
The source added that Cruise has hosted several tea parties, extending invitations to William and Kate, but the royals have yet to attend. Although disappointed by the repeated rejections, Cruise remains hopeful that one day they will accept and become his guests of honour.
