King Charles III, despite his strained relationship with Prince Harry, is reportedly yearning to reconnect with his son amid his battle with cancer. However, royal sources suggest that Prince William is firmly opposed to any reunion, fuelled by lingering resentment over Harry’s explosive memoir Spare and other public comments.
Royal expert Hilary Fordwich shared that King Charles deeply misses his "darling boy" and desires more contact with Harry. However, William, taking after his hardliner grandfather Prince Philip, is adamant about keeping his brother at arm’s length, refusing to forgive what he views as Harry's indiscretions.
Despite attempts by Harry to reach out, including a call to his father after hearing about his diagnosis, the Prince of Wales has reportedly imposed an "absolute ban" on Harry re-entering the royal fold, holding back any potential peace talks between father and son.
