Princess Beatrice and Eugenie Urge King Charles to Forgive Prince Andrew and Keep Him at Royal Lodge

York sisters appeal for reconciliation between their father and King Charles amid discussions over Andrew’s future

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have approached their uncle, King Charles, seeking forgiveness for their father, Prince Andrew, and urging the monarch to reconsider his plans to relocate the Duke of York from his current residence at Royal Lodge. Inside sources reveal that the two princesses are advocating for their father to remain in the home he shares with their mother, Sarah Ferguson, as Andrew faces pressure to move to a more affordable property.

Prince Andrew, who stepped back from royal duties in 2019 following the fallout from his controversial Newsnight interview, has been involved in discussions with King Charles about downsizing his living arrangements. The monarch has reportedly suggested Andrew move to Frogmore Cottage, the former residence of Harry and Meghan, situated on the Windsor Estate.

Beatrice, 36, and Eugenie, 34, are said to be keen on preserving their father's current residence, where the family has shared many happy memories. A royal insider explained, “The two princesses have spoken to their uncle, asking him to forgive Andrew and for the two brothers to mend fences.”

The York sisters have also expressed a desire to repair the fractured relationship between their cousins, Prince William and Prince Harry, with the hope of fostering a stronger, united family for future generations. Sources suggest Beatrice and Eugenie are committed to ensuring that their children grow up knowing their cousins and being part of a unified royal family.
