Military Wives Choirs Celebrate Monarch’s Milestone with Heartfelt Song Inspired by “Folklore”
As King Charles approaches his 76th birthday on November 14, he has been honoured with a special musical tribute crafted in the style of Taylor Swift. The Military Wives Choirs have released a touching lullaby titled November Sunday, celebrating Charles’s birth and paying homage to the late Queen Elizabeth II.
The song, performed by over 100 singers from 41 Military Wives Choirs across the UK and overseas, was created as a “heartfelt gift” to the monarch, according to the choir’s chair, Caroline Paxton. Producer Sean Hargreaves revealed that the song’s acoustic guitars and flowing rhythm were inspired by Taylor Swift’s Folklore, creating an emotional, singer-songwriter atmosphere expanded by the power of a choir.
As Charles faces ongoing health challenges, this tribute offers a poignant moment of celebration for his dedication and service to the nation.
