King Charles’s Secret Visit to Indian Wellness Center Sparks Health Concerns

Monarch’s Stop at Soukya Spa Raises Speculation Over Use of Holistic Therapies for Cancer

King Charles has ignited fresh health concerns following an unannounced visit to the Soukya Spa in Bengaluru, India, a wellness center known for offering supportive and palliative care for cancer patients. The 75-year-old monarch, who was diagnosed with cancer in February, visited the center on his way back from his Australian and Samoan tour with Queen Camilla.

Founded by Dr. Issac Mathai, Soukya Spa promotes “classical Homeopathic medicine,” claiming it works “in harmony with nature’s efforts” to address health imbalances. The spa’s treatments are known to support various health conditions, including early cancer. While an official source clarified that King Charles did not receive alternative cancer therapies at Soukya, the stopover has led to speculation about his possible use of holistic treatments in his ongoing battle with the illness.

A friend of the King remarked that his commitment to a holistic approach has supported him well through the past year, adding that he is “doing fantastically well.” Dr. Mathai has previously emphasized that alternative treatments can complement conventional therapies like chemotherapy and radiotherapy, especially for pain management.
