Prince Andrew enjoyed a heartwarming moment with his granddaughter Sienna during a morning horseback ride in Windsor on Tuesday. The three-year-old, daughter of Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, is embracing a cherished family tradition by learning to ride horses at a young age.
The outing highlights the family’s enduring passion for equestrian activities, inspired by Sarah, Duchess of York, who excelled at horse riding during her youth. Andrew, 62, reportedly experienced a brief moment of unease when his horse unexpectedly picked up speed, but he managed to regain his balance and avoid a fall.
Sienna, born on September 18, 2021, has largely been kept out of the public spotlight, with her parents prioritising her privacy. She shares a close bond with her family, including her half-brother, eight-year-old Christopher Woolf (Wolfie), from her father’s previous relationship.
