Trump's Deportation Decision on Harry May Be Influenced by Relations with King Charles

Privacy Battle Intensifies Over Duke of Sussex’s U.S. Visa Records Amid Legal Pressure

Donald Trump may decide against deporting Harry as a gesture of goodwill toward King Charles, according to legal experts.

The ongoing debate surrounds the Duke of Sussex's efforts to keep his immigration records private, particularly regarding past drug use he admitted in his memoir Spare. Questions have emerged about whether he disclosed this information when applying for his U.S. visa in 2020.

The conservative Heritage Foundation is increasingly confident it can access Harry's visa records through legal proceedings, a move potentially accelerated by Trump's presidency.

Nile Gardiner of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom commented to GB News that Trump’s focus on strict immigration enforcement could lead to a thorough review of Harry’s visa history.

"President Trump is committed to fully upholding American immigration laws," Gardiner said, prompting further speculation about the Duke’s U.S. residency status.

The debate has raised questions over Harry's honesty in his visa application, with concerns that he might have omitted crucial details. Gardiner believes the next U.S. administration could push for the release of these records.

"The American public deserves transparency regarding Harry's visa details," Gardiner asserted. "If any false information was given, it would be a criminal matter, potentially leading to his deportation."
