The Duke of Sussex has faced another emotional blow as King Charles steps into his former role as the family’s "joker," a position Harry held before his departure from royal duties.
A cherished Sandringham Christmas tradition involves exchanging humorous gifts, a practice that has long been a source of joy among the royals. According to royal expert Duncan Larcombe, Harry was once celebrated for his humour during these festive moments.
Larcombe explained, "It's a long-standing tradition for the family to exchange joke gifts at Christmas, bringing a lot of laughter to Sandringham. Harry used to be the biggest joker, but now it seems King Charles, with his strong sense of humour, has taken over that role."
The royal commentator added, "While the public often views the royals as serious, they enjoy a good laugh just like any family."
