Harry and Meghan React to Explosive Allegations in Bombshell Cover Story

Duchess of Sussex accused of "bullying" behaviour as former staffers share experiences

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are under scrutiny again as a Vanity Fair cover story resurfaces accusations of “bullying” behaviour towards staff, drawing parallels to similar claims from their time as senior royals.

The article quotes former employees who described working with the couple as "really, really, really awful" and "very painful." One ex-staffer alleged that Meghan fostered a hostile environment, stating, “If you weren’t on Meghan’s board, you were to be thrown to the wolves.”

Another source who worked on Meghan’s podcast revealed they left the job after producing only three episodes, never returning. Additional accounts detail staff taking extended breaks or undergoing therapy to cope with the alleged working conditions.

The accusations mirror earlier claims made by Kensington Palace staff in 2020, which prompted Queen Elizabeth to launch an investigation into alleged bullying of two royal aides. At the time, Harry and Meghan’s representatives denied the allegations, dismissing them as an attack on Meghan’s character.

The Sussexes reportedly did not respond well to the new allegations, with a source quoted by The Times describing the accusations as “distressing.” While they have yet to issue a formal statement, they continue focusing on positive initiatives, including providing relief aid to Southern California wildfire survivors.

This latest exposé adds to the ongoing challenges faced by Harry and Meghan, as they balance their public image with repeated controversies surrounding their time as working royals and beyond.
