Purchased in 2020 for £11.8 million ($14.7 million), the mansion now boasts an estimated value of £23.8 million ($29.6 million), reflecting a 6.2% rise in just a matter of days.
Real estate expert Charlie Lankston told Newsweek that the release of Meghan’s show is likely to further amplify fascination with their home life. “Although the series wasn’t filmed in their Montecito mansion, the proximity of the borrowed property used for filming adds to the allure of their lifestyle,” he explained.
The unexpected boost is said to be a welcome surprise for Harry, as Meghan’s Netflix project not only garners attention but also enhances the value of their dream home.
