Rapper’s Account Reinstated Days After Controversial Ban
Just three days after disappearing from X, formerly known as Twitter, Kanye West has returned to the platform—but not without a warning attached to his account.
The 47-year-old rapper and producer had his account deleted by platform authorities due to his antisemitic and misogynistic posts. His controversial statements even prompted former X owner Elon Musk to take action, classifying his content as inappropriate.
At the time, Musk stated, “Given what [Kanye] has posted, his account is now classified as NSFW [not safe for work]. You should not be seeing that anymore.”
Now reinstated, Kanye’s account comes with a cautionary message for visitors.
“Caution: This profile may include potentially sensitive content,” the warning reads. “You’re seeing this warning because they post potentially sensitive images or language. Do you still want to view it?”
West’s social media return follows yet another controversial move—selling a white t-shirt featuring a Swastika logo. The stunt sparked outrage across the internet, with celebrities and public figures condemning his actions and urging him to stop spreading harmful messages.
