Duchess of Sussex Faces Criticism and Setbacks Ahead of American Riviera Orchard Launch
Meghan Markle is pressing ahead with the launch of her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, despite reported hurdles and growing scrutiny over her business ventures.
Royal expert Tom Quinn claims that Meghan has faced backlash over rumoured product offerings, which has allegedly added strain to her marriage to Harry. Some critics have dismissed her brand’s potential items—such as a planned rosé wine—as “gimmicky,” raising doubts about its market appeal.
Following the couple’s recent trip to Canada for Harry’s Invictus Games events, Meghan is preparing to unveil a range of branded jams as part of her company’s expansion. American Riviera Orchard is set to debut in major U.S. shopping centers near Dallas and Philadelphia, featuring a selection of high-end products, including teas, coffee blends, home décor, pet care essentials, and premium olive oil.
The brand’s launch will coincide with the release of With Love, Meghan, a Netflix cooking series now scheduled to premiere on March 4, after delays caused by the LA wildfires.
