Meghan Markle Subtly Hits Back at Donald Trump’s Jibe During Invictus Games

Duchess of Sussex Sends Strong Message Through Public Display of Affection

Meghan Markle has seemingly responded to Donald Trump’s recent remarks in her own way, using a heartfelt public display of affection towards Prince Harry during the Invictus Games in Canada.

The Duchess of Sussex has been making waves with back-to-back appearances alongside Harry, just days after the newly inaugurated U.S. President referred to her as "terrible" in an interview with the New York Post.

Body language expert Judi James believes Meghan’s affectionate gestures toward Harry served as a quiet but strong rebuttal to the criticism. Speaking to The Sun, James observed, “Her face-touching sent a strong signal of tender affection and ownership out to the world.”

She further explained, “When she clasped his head in both of her hands and planted her loving kisses, she signalled, ‘He’s mine, and I love him.’”

According to James, this display may have been Meghan’s way of brushing off Trump’s remarks. “There were clues that this emphatic family vibe could be something of a two-finger salute to Trump after his blistering comment about Meghan,” she added.

Despite the controversy, Meghan and Harry remain focused on their work at the Invictus Games, using the platform to champion resilience, unity, and support for service members and veterans.
