The Duchess of Sussex, who has faced ongoing scrutiny, is making a strategic move to reclaim her narrative through the eight-part series. However, her brand journey has not been without challenges. After a two-year trademark battle, she was forced to change the name from American Riviera Orchard due to legal complications, and the revised title has sparked fresh concerns over existing trademarks.

Despite these setbacks, industry insiders reveal Meghan is focused on proving her authenticity. A television source who previewed the series told Page Six, “Nobody knows who she really is. The world has created an image of her that doesn’t necessarily match reality.”

The insider added, “She doesn’t claim to be perfect—that’s the essence of the show. She’s just having fun.”
