New revelations in immigration row raise concerns over Duke's future in America
Harry has received unsettling news as his ongoing US visa case takes a surprising twist. The controversy stems from a lawsuit filed by the US Think Tank, The Heritage Foundation, against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), questioning whether the Duke disclosed past drug use on his visa application.
The Foundation referenced Harry’s admissions in his memoir Spare and Netflix series, where he spoke about using cannabis, cocaine, and magic mushrooms. They argue that either Harry failed to disclose this information on his visa forms or received preferential treatment from the US government.
In a recent development, DHS lawyers announced that three documents related to the case would be released publicly with redactions. However, a fourth document will remain confidential.
According to MailOnline, DHS lawyer John Bardo confirmed that the redacted documents would be shared with Judge Carl Nichols by March 6.
This latest update adds further tension to Harry’s life in the US, raising questions about the potential impact on his residency status.
