Royal Children Receive Special Gifts from Team Nigeria
Prince Harry brought a special touch to the Invictus Games by ensuring his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, were part of the event in a meaningful way.
During the Games, the Duke of Sussex received special gifts for his little ones from Team Nigeria, sparking excitement among royal fans. Inspirational veteran Derrick Cobbinah presented Harry with two personalised jerseys featuring Archie and Lilibet’s names, bringing a proud smile to the Duke’s face as he posed with the thoughtful gifts.
The heartwarming gesture symbolised Archie and Lilibet’s connection to their father’s passion project, reinforcing the Invictus Games’ spirit of inclusion and unity.
Harry and Meghan Markle officially launched the event on February 8 in Canada and later shared a joint statement on their website, Sussex.com, updating well-wishers on the first-day activities.
While Archie and Lilibet have yet to attend in person, the special tribute ensured they were celebrated as part of the Invictus legacy.
