Prince Harry Reportedly Preparing for Another Legal Battle After Major UK Win

Duke of Sussex Considers Legal Action to Defend Meghan Markle Against Trump’s Remarks

Harry is reportedly bracing for another potential legal showdown, this time possibly involving former US President Donald Trump, after a recent victory in the UK courts.

According to RadarOnline, Harry is contemplating legal action following Trump’s scathing comments about Meghan Markle. The former president referred to Meghan as “terrible” and accused Harry of being “whipped,” remarks that have reportedly left Meghan infuriated.

Renowned royal author Ingrid Seward commented on the controversy, saying, “It was an incredibly hurtful thing to say. We might understand what he meant, but saying it publicly like that is deeply hurtful.”

Seward also suggested that given the Sussexes’ California residence—a state with strong Democratic leanings—Trump’s remarks could have an amplified impact, potentially prompting the couple to explore defamation claims.

Trump has previously criticized Meghan, labeling her “divisive” and “misogynistic,” while praising Prince William during a private meeting in Paris. He further stated, “I’ll leave [Harry] alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”

These remarks have intensified tensions between the Sussexes and Trump, sparking widespread online debate.

An intellectual property attorney weighed in, noting, “It could be argued that Trump’s comments harm the Sussexes’ brand, but pursuing litigation against a figure like Trump would be challenging.”

Despite the complexities, Harry and Meghan are known for taking a firm stance against perceived slights, as demonstrated by their previous legal victories.

This development comes amid additional challenges for the couple, including scrutiny of Harry’s immigration status by The Heritage Foundation over alleged past drug use.

The Sussexes have faced relentless media attention since stepping down as senior royals in 2020. Recently, Vanity Fair controversially described their life in the US as an “American Hustle,” calling them “the most entitled, disingenuous people on the planet” and speculating about a potential post-divorce book deal involving Meghan.

With the couple’s legal team reportedly evaluating options, royal watchers are closely monitoring whether Harry will proceed with what could become one of his most high-profile legal battles yet.
