Royal Couple Prioritises Quality Time as They Prepare for Kingship
Prince William and Catherine have reportedly established new family-focused rules as they prepare for their future roles as King and Queen.
The Prince and Princess of Wales, currently enjoying their half-term break with their children, are committed to balancing royal duties with family time. According to InTouch Weekly, the couple has vowed to take monthly getaways throughout the year to ensure they spend quality time together despite their growing responsibilities.
"Some trips will last a few days, while others might be just a night or two. The key is making time for each other," a source revealed.
This decision follows William’s choice to skip this year’s BAFTA ceremony, where he serves as president, opting instead for a private family vacation. The break allowed Catherine to return to skiing, an experience she reportedly enjoyed with newfound appreciation.
The move comes after Catherine’s nine-month cancer battle last year, which has given her a renewed perspective on life. She now hopes to enjoy more time with her extended family and prioritise personal moments alongside royal obligations.
While fully aware of the responsibilities that lie ahead, Catherine remains determined to balance duty with life’s precious moments, believing that "life is too precious not to enjoy it as well."
