Duke of Sussex Receives Positive News Amid Legal Battle Over Immigration Records
Prince Harry has reportedly received a welcome legal reprieve as a judge ruled that a key document in his ongoing US visa case will remain private.
The Duke of Sussex has faced scrutiny after revelations that three out of four documents related to his US visa application could be made public following his admissions of past drug use in his memoir Spare and Netflix series.
The legal challenge, filed by US think tank The Heritage Foundation, questioned whether Harry had been truthful on his visa application or received special treatment from the Biden administration despite acknowledging past use of cannabis, cocaine, and magic mushrooms.
However, in a significant development, GB News reported that a judge has determined that "private information on a specific document will remain sealed" as it contains sensitive data. While redacted versions of three documents may still be released, the fourth will remain confidential.
This ruling comes as a relief for Harry, as his immigration status in the US continues to be a topic of legal and public interest.
