Americans Reveal Their Favourite Royals as Princess of Wales Slips in Ranking
Kate Middleton has received unexpected news from the United States, as a new YouGov poll ranking the most popular royals places her in a lower position than anticipated.
According to Express, the survey revealed that the late Princess Diana remains the most favoured royal among Americans, securing 76% of the votes, followed by Queen Elizabeth II with 67%. Prince William and Harry ranked third and fourth with 58% and 53% of the votes, respectively. Meanwhile, the Princess of Wales, often regarded as one of the most admired royals, landed in fifth place with 52%.
The results come amid speculation about a private meeting between Kate and the Duke of Sussex during the Wales family's reported vacation in the Caribbean, as claimed by Closer Magazine.
While Kate continues to be widely respected, the poll results indicate shifting public perceptions, particularly in the US, where historical royal figures still hold significant influence.
