Duchess teases candid conversations with female entrepreneurs ahead of April launch
Meghan Markle has released the first trailer for her upcoming podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, giving fans a preview of what’s to come ahead of its official debut on April 8.
In collaboration with Lemonada Media, the Duchess of Sussex offers a behind-the-scenes look at the journey of women building businesses, sharing both challenges and triumphs. In the teaser, Meghan promises raw and inspiring conversations with “female entrepreneurs and friends about the sleepless nights, the lessons learned, and the laser focus that got them to where they are today.”
She adds that the series will explore “the highs — and the lows — and the kind of advice that turns small ideas into billion-dollar businesses,” while also including light-hearted “girl talk.”
Closing the trailer with a touch of humor, Meghan quips, “This is not Shark Tank, think of this as ‘dolphin tank’. These are very friendly waters, it’s all going to be good.”
Though the guest list remains under wraps, fans noted that two of the voices in the preview closely resembled those of well-known Hollywood stars.
Confessions of a Female Founder marks Meghan’s second podcast project, following Archetypes, which was discontinued after its first season when her deal with Spotify came to an end.
