Duchess introduces curated luxury wardrobe while noting potential commission on sales
Meghan Markle has unveiled her own online fashion boutique, offering fans a peek into her personal style through a collection of handpicked luxury items — but not without a small advisory.
The Duchess of Sussex introduced the virtual storefront to her 2.6 million Instagram followers, showcasing carefully selected pieces from brands such as Heidi Merrick, Saint Laurent, Reformation, and J Crew. Among the high-end offerings are a £1,068 “Windsor” gown, £600 Saint Laurent sandals, and a Maya Brenner necklace priced near £400.
“Many of you have asked, so here you go! A little shopping to start the week,” Meghan captioned a screen-recorded video of the shop.
However, a notice on the website states: “Please note, some products may contain commissionable links.” This suggests the Duchess may receive a portion of the sales generated through the links on her site.
The shop, which went live on 24 March, quickly attracted so much attention that several external retail websites experienced temporary crashes due to a surge in traffic.
With a focus on neutral-toned elevated basics in shades like beige, black, navy, and white, the collection reflects Meghan’s minimalist style. Notably, the boutique uses the web address “shopmy.us/ms,” referencing “Meghan Sussex” — blending her name with her former royal title.
The launch has stirred excitement among fans and fashion followers alike, as many watch to see how Meghan’s influence will shape her latest venture in the luxury style space.
