According to the Daily Mail, the Duke of Sussex appeared in good spirits following the court's decision to unseal a redacted version of his visa records. Reports indicate that US officials confirmed Harry received no special treatment when applying for his visa.
The case stemmed from a lawsuit filed by the Heritage Foundation, a US think tank, which sought clarity on whether Harry had disclosed past drug use on his immigration forms. The controversy arose after he admitted in his memoir Spare to using substances such as cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms.
Despite speculation, the Department of Homeland Security asserted that Harry’s visa application complied with all legal requirements. The ruling signals that his residency in the US remains secure, despite previous criticism from former President Donald Trump regarding the Sussexes.
