Prince William and Princess Kate are preparing for a deeply emotional reunion with King Charles as they step into a leading role at a major royal engagement.
The Prince and Princess of Wales will join Queen Camilla to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day in May, a historic occasion honouring the end of World War II in Europe. Their participation follows their recent surprise visit to Wales, reinforcing their growing presence within the monarchy.
According to The Mirror, royal expert Jennie Bond highlighted the significance of the event, stating:
"Assuming Catherine is able to attend, the royal family out in strength will be a powerful tribute to all those who served, and to the many who gave their lives."
