Monarch Opens Up About Her Eight-Week-Old Rescue Puppy, Moley
Queen Camilla has welcomed a special new addition to the royal family, sharing affectionate remarks about her eight-week-old rescue puppy during a recent engagement.
During a visit to Kent Cathedral, the Queen spoke about her new canine companion, Moley, following the loss of her beloved pet, Beth, last November. According to Express, Camilla described her new pup as "a bit of everything and looks like a mole."
As a patron of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, Camilla has long been an advocate for animal rescue, leading to speculation that she may have adopted Moley from the charity.
Buckingham Palace previously acknowledged Beth’s passing in a heartfelt statement: "A sad farewell to Beth, The Queen’s much-loved companion from @Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, who brought such joy, whether on walkies, helping on official duties, or curled up by the fire."
King Charles also touched on the family’s newest member during the Royal Variety Performance, with Amanda Holden revealing, "We wished Her Majesty well and gave condolences for the doggy," while comedian Alan Carr shared that the King had mentioned the new pup.
With Moley now by her side, Queen Camilla continues to embrace her deep love for animals, finding comfort in her newest four-legged friend.
