Unpublished Revelations Could Uncover Long-Buried Truths from Late Royal’s Past
The royal family may soon face another wave of controversy as reports emerge about a potential tell-all memoir that could expose secrets long kept under wraps.
Following the revelations in Harry’s memoir, Spare, which laid bare deep divisions within the monarchy, speculation is mounting over yet another explosive book that could reignite past scandals.
Despite her passing nearly 30 years ago, Diana remains one of the most beloved figures in royal history. Her tumultuous marriage to the then-Prince Charles was marred by infidelity and public scrutiny, ultimately ending in a bitter divorce that sent shockwaves through the monarchy. While Charles remained devoted to Camilla, Diana was linked to several affairs, including one with former Household Cavalry officer Sir James Hewitt.
James, who previously recounted their romance in his 1999 memoir Love and War, is now rumoured to be considering a second book. According to InTouch Weekly, an insider revealed that James is “speaking out again,” hinting at the possibility of new revelations.
“He could clear up a lot of myths and tell the truth about Diana,” the source claimed.
Diana’s former butler, Paul Burrell, also suggested that James possesses knowledge that has never been disclosed to the public.
“He knew the princess intimately for years. She wrote to him almost every day during their passionate affair,” Paul told the outlet. “He has information and a personal insight which is unrivalled—certainly enough to write another book.”
While no official confirmation has been made, the potential for new disclosures could unsettle the royal family. Camilla, who spent years reshaping her public image after her marriage to Charles, may once again find herself at the centre of renewed public scrutiny.
