Duchess shares joyful update after attending TIME100 Summit in New York
Meghan Markle made a timely return to Montecito to be by Prince Archie’s side for a sweet milestone — his first lost tooth.
The Duchess of Sussex, who had been in New York City for the TIME100 Summit alongside Prince Harry, revealed during her appearance that her five-year-old son was about to reach an exciting childhood moment. “It’s about to happen, and I just hope I'm back home in time for it!” she told the audience at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
While Meghan spoke about her role as a female founder and business leader, she also expressed how much she values being present for key family moments.
After the event, Meghan shared a warm message on Instagram, thanking the organisers and reflecting on the experience: “Thanks to TIME 100 (@time) for having this alum come back to celebrate, chat, and sprinkle a little joy. I had a great time with you, Jessica Sibley. Thanks to you and your team!”
Archie and his younger sister Princess Lilibet remained in California during their parents’ trip. But with the flight from New York to Montecito taking roughly six hours, Meghan is believed to have made it back just in time to witness her son’s big milestone — and perhaps play the role of the tooth fairy.
